Avery's 7 Month Pics (a month late)

I forgot to post these a few weeks ago- here are Avery's 7 month pictures! We did a few outfit changes, but these ended up being the cutest!

8 Months Old and On The Move!

Oh my...she's crawling, and pulling up, and standing briefly, and oh my gosh! We are tired! She seems to be learning a new skill every day- the latest cute thing is waving. I don't think we were quite prepared for all of this to happen before 8 months! But we are getting things baby proofed and watching her constantly:). In between all of this Avery enjoyed visiting some more with her Great Grandma and Grandpa Finney, and spending time with Nana and Papa (and Cousin Addy!). The videos are funny- the bottom one showcases Avery's favorite pastime- blowing raspberries- she especially likes to blow them into the top of her bubblegum machine toy...The new mission for this week is sleep training (which we should have done much earlier, but she was sick with colds and ear infections, and this was really our first opportunity!). So, we have let her cry the past two nights and between the wails and her crying out "Ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma" I'm ready to just never sleep again! Really though I know it's the best thing for her. Oh, parenting!

Avery's Baptism and Happy Birthday Daddy!

Avery was baptized on Sunday! She was a super baby- behaved so well for the whole thing!! Avery was so lucky to be surrounded by her wonderful family, and then we went over to Nana and Papa Finney's for food and cake! Avery hammed it up the for video she took with her Uncle Scott, who is also her Godfather (Aunt Jen is Avery's Godmother). This weekend Grandma and Grandpa Beeching came to visit for Avery's baptism and also for Daddy's 30th birthday- whoa! Daddy is old! We had a wonderful weekend!
