We are ready for Spring so that we can go outside and run around and play! Ave's expression in the top picture says it all :).

Happy Belated Birthday Addy and Gabby!

Happy belated birthday to little Addy! We celebrated Addy's first b-day last weekend and she was such a cutie! Sorry the pics are so small- I saved them from a Snapfish page...This weekend we went to Gabby Beerman's second b-day and she was a cutie too! Avery wore a repeat outfit to both occasions because that polka-dot dress was just too cute (thank you Debi!:). She had her first experience with Jello while there (I can't believe we haven't had that yet- what a deprived child!). There are also a couple of pics of Avery's first ponytail (the torture has begun) that I spent 10 minutes putting in her wispy hair this weekend. Ah, the price of being beautiful! :)

What a ham! For some reason Ave has become obsessed lately with climbing into the refrigerator at every possible moment...She's also been looking for ways to use all of her Christmas presents in unintended ways, like the video of Chris pulling her in a "bus" that was never meant to hold an actual (albeit tiny) child! And yes, that is the original "Ghostbusters" you see on the T.V. in the background, as we've decided to expose Avery to the classics early.

The bottom video is actually from about a month ago but I kept forgetting to post it...it demonstrates how desperate we get for activities as we get closer to bedtime each night! :) It's also becoming increasingly clear that we need to finish our basement or something- the living room/play room kitchen loop is becoming awfully boring. Ah, cabin fever...:)
